消息面上，3月26日，证监会官网IPO辅导公示系统显示，范式智能向北京证监局提交辅导备案，拟于深交所上市，辅导券商为华泰联合。据悉，公司近期完成更名，由“北京第四范式智能技术股份有限公司”更改为“范式智能技术集团股份有限公司”。
